Work to renovate the iconic Victoria Clock Tower is well underway, with the national heritage monument now fully dismantled as part of a careful restoration process.
The structure has been taken apart in stages over recent days, with crews working methodically to preserve its historic elements.
Standing for 122 years, the clock tower remains one of Victoria’s oldest and most recognizable landmarks. As Seychelles approaches its golden independence anniversary, the timing of this restoration is seen as significant ensuring the monument is preserved, strengthened, and ready to stand in renewed glory at the heart of the capital.
